It bugs me when a celebrity refuses to sign an autograph. And the fact that many of the stars I like don't, that makes it all the more annoying.

I think that they should sign autographs a lot more than they do.

If you are in the public eye, you should expect to be asked for autographs. It's not something that you should run from, you should be proud that people admire you enough to ask for your autograph. It won't kill them to sign a photo here, or a baseball there.

Many sports stars don't sign either. And many will refuse you if you ask in person. Like Mark McGwire. Unless you got his at the ballpark before he retired, you won't get it.

Jerry Reuss refused my request when I sent it to him, but he gave me an alternate address where he does honor requests. Apparently he doesn't sign while he is at home, and I respect that. That's their private life, and it shouldn't mix with their business life.

I just think that more celbs should start signing. Not only TTM but also In Person. Like I said....they are in the public eye. They can't run from autograph requests. They can only hide. And whatever hides, will inevitably be found.

Well, those two guys are famous for being notorious non-signers. When Bruce Willis has been to Germany about 2 weeks ago he joined the fans on the red carpet, talked to them, made photos with them, shook hands, etc. but he refused to sign.

I think it should still be respected if a celebrity refuses to sign. Bruce has been so gentle and friendly on the red carpet and that's actually what counts to me.

Look i'm thank full that billy autograph my item. Yes he should have sign it when i ask for his autograph. But look at it this way i have meet celebrites that said no to me. Thats normal but what i don't under stand this that they can't take what not even 5 seconds to do a autograph. That's all 5 seconds to do a autograph. Let me say this one thing I have meet Steven Tyler from Aersomith 3 times in person and all 3 times i had ask for a autograph and all 3 times he said no to me. i love aerosmith i have been to 5 concerts and now i hate aresomth beascuse for Steven Tyler. Same thing when i meet Nichols Cage and Bruce wills. Now i hate these two guys. but when some one says yes i glad. I'm not worey about it.

You seem to forget that none celebrity is commited to sign anything anytime. It's just a nice gesture and you could say that celebrities should be bound in honour to sign.

But since most signed items show up on eBay it's absolutely understandable that some celebrities stopped signing.

However brian_b94030 was very lucky afterwards as he got his items back signed by Billy Crystal just as Mr. Crystal had promised. Well done, brian_b94030, this has been a great success!

He is nice, he probably had a head ache or something and didnt wanna, and then he sent you an apology, I dont think that any other celebrity has done that! THAT IS NICE!

Today i got a appolgy letter and a autograph from Billy today in the mail. Billy said in the letter that he was sorry not to autograph my item. Also in the letter he said that fans is what made him famost and that he will never forget the fans. I'm glad i got my item back and he made it out to me.

I am sorry to hear that he wasn't in a signing mood.

Bily just came to my job about 30 mintes ago. he was very nice. i ask for a autograph but he said no and he wanted to go home. But one nice thing ha did say is to mail the photo to his address in california. i will do that. :x
