I nearly fainted when I opened the package since this is one of the images I liked most out of the "Madonna & Crew love H&M" campaign. {love}

yeah, I'm EXTREMELY happy with this birthday gift, especially because RANKIN usually doesn't sign anything at all.

My birthday is here soon as well, the 22nd

Some of you might remember that I had received a call from Rankin's assistant and Post Production Manager about 2 weeks ago in which I was told that Rankin would like to wish me all the best of luck and a very happy birthday in advance ([url=http://www.fanmail.biz/mboard/viewtopic.php?t=39679]see also here[/url]).

Finally this morning at 8:30 a.m. an Express Courier came to my house and handed me over the package from Rankin.

Rankin did not only sign an original print (10 inch x 14 inch/25 cm x 35 cm) of the current "Madonna & Crew love H&M" campaign but did also enclose a copy of his book "Celebritation" ([url=http://www.amazon.co.uk/Celebritation-Rankin/dp/0953747948/sr=8-1/qid=1158143432/ref=sr_1_1/202-8081937-1258265?ie=UTF8&s=gateway]see also here[/url]) which he also signed on the first page.

This is really an awesome and outstanding birthday gift to me since I'm a HUGE fan of Madonna and Rankin's work.

What surprised me most is that Rankin had paid 28.14 British Pounds for Express Delievery to Germany although my birthday is still a few days ahead (September 18th).

Now I will get Rankin's print professionally framed in an art gallery and hang it up in my living room.
