My sister is the manager at a book store and this weekend she had several authors come to here store and I each one of them to sign a book. Reginald Neighbors (he signed it to Melinda), Doug James (to Melinda), James Hansen (his book about Neil Armstrong is about to be made into a Clint Eastwood Movie), Sidney Thompson (to Melinda), Jennifer Paddock she signed it "To Melinda, my Myspace Friend, thanks for putting me in contact with your sister, hope you enjoy" (I got in touch with her and set her up coming to sign), and Thomas Lakeman who signed it "To Melinda, From one youngest child to another" I thought that was really cool. Tomorrow Mary Kay Andrews will be there, if you don't know the movie "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil" was based on a real case and she was the reporter that actually covered the real case, and then someone else made it into a book and then a movie.

I love collecting books signed, although I have to admit I've never gotten any through the mail. I think total I have about 24 all in person.
