I'm sure this doesn't actually qualify, but it's worth posting anyway.
About a year and a half ago, my family went out west for a vacation. I believe we were flying out of Wyoming when this happened, it was late July and I was 14.
We got on our small plane very late at night when my parents began whispering back and forth. They told me to lean over and said that an actor (whom at the time I had never heard of) named Nick Nolte was in the front row. I snuck a couple glances and he saw me and kind of smiled and waved.
Didn't ask for an autograph, but then again I didn't know who he was. Now I've seen some of his films and am REALLY looking foward to seeing Tropic Thunder.
Bummed I didn't go anywhere with it though lol.
