For sale is a 4x6 Grey's Anatomy cast photo signed IN PERSON by actor T.R. Knight who plays Dr. George O'Malley on ABC's Grey's Anatomy. I personally got this signed at the Hot in Hollywood event on August 16, 2008 in Los Angeles, CA. Included with the autograph will be the photo of him signing the picture, which will be emailed to the buyer in its original size without the megscelebrityhangout.com tag on it.
Autograph will NOT have the tag on it.
