Well, Some People Don't live near Post Offices, and have to order their stamps online. On sites such as eBay; These SAME stamps sell for around $4.00 Per Sheet USD. So, IMO, this is a great bargain! Sorry if I offended any of you. :oops:

They Have the Navajo Jewelry design on them.
These stamps are most commonly used to make up the difference on "old" stamps in postage costs. Or you could just keep them for collecting purposes.
