Ok he sent me his own scans. He is clean.

Seller now responds to say that he did take them off eBay but only because it resembled his. He also said he will take a picture of his own but it will take him 2-3 days. Under further investigation but I will dig up the whole world wide web to see if he send me fake scans again. Stay tuned..

UPDATE: HE HAS SENT THIS OWN SCANS, IT WAS JUST A MISTAKE BY HIS PART BUT WE ALL FORGIVE.
