As long as it's paid through paypal, NOT AS A GIFT, then yes you can file a claim to get your money back if you don't get your item within 30 days or it's a fake (and you can prove this - that's the hard part).

Speaking to them on the phone is much better than online...

I would avoid checks or cash or money orders at all costs unless it's a small amount.

I am amazed at how many people have ripped off others on this site and it's pretty sickening. I know this is a public you at our own risk site, but I am wondering if there is anything you can do legally to stop people from ripping others off or faking autographs on this site? I would imagine there is some kind of way they can stop all of these frauds.
