I'm Nick and I'd happily get you some IRC's. I live in Australia and instead of you buying them, would you consider trading for USA stamps? IRC's at my post office are $3 Australian which works out to be around $2.50 US.

I am in the USA however I have called 13 post offices and everyone is saying they are obsolete and not sold anymore. Would anyone be willing to buy me some if I send the money to you via paypal?
