You could always use IRCs (International Reply Coupons) that's what I use when I send autograph requests to the USA, or I enclose some US Dollars. :)

I would probably help and send some too you. Anything up to £5 in value in exchange for US Dollars. Let me know, then I'll look into it deeper.
