I sent an email to someone at the Royal Mail, and she told me that since it was an international mailing, a 9 by 12 inch envelope was considered a small packet. I am so confused.

I'm sending 2 8X10 pictures to London, and was wondering how many IRCs I would need? Would 2 do it? Anyone know?

I weighed the package tonight, and it weighed approximately 60 grams or 2 oz. I looked on the Royal Mail site for rates, but I'm not sure if this is considered a letter or small packet. Anyone know?
