I'd also like to know if anyone's requested any from him, and the type of response received (if any), and how long it took. I mailed a letter to his Publicist a few days ago. I have addresses for his talent agents, managers, publicists, literary agents, and lawyers so I'll keep trying until I get some type of response (hopefully not a cease and desist :p)
