USPS & Canada Post have price calculators, customer service contact details and lots of information on prices/sizes etc.

I know you said you struggled with English but your posts are very good and I see no reason why the above tools won't enable you to help yourself.

If you use a browser like Chrome it has an in-built translator and Canada Post has a French version of their website of which I have linked the shop pages.
