If you over the age of 18, you can register with capitalone.com/prepaid & get a debit card FREE. No back account needed. It can be loaded at Western Unions all over the US. In fact your parents can get it for you. It can ONLY be used when there is MONEY LOADED on the card.

A good way to have your allowances, birthday money, graduation money recieved.

Hello !!

It is not practical to call or to write them to command stamps I find.
It was more practical to command them by site.

Otherwise, there is no subject to make exchanges of stamps.
For example French stamps against American either English stamps....

U.S. Postal store only accepts orders from the U.S. I enquired about international orders and received this response.

Unfortunately, the Postal Store is not currently accepting international orders. There are other options to place an order. Orders can be placed by:
