Walgreens will stick your picture on a stamp... if they have a photo developing section.

For those in the UK, the Royal Mail can do this as well on their website.

Back when I was a member of Selena Gomez's fan club, I'd recive post cards from her of latest news! I got a christmas one, and a WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN ONE. But, THERE'S NO RETURN ADDRESS! :(
