I sent a LOR and SASE to George Bush Jr. on 10/29/11 and received my 4x6 unsigned on 12/21/11. I received a letter that said "We are sorry but we cannot get the autograph you have requested. But we hope you accept this signed photo along with the President's best wishes." It came with an 8x10 photo that was signed but looks like an AP
