I don't think there is a maximum size for a picture. I believe that both an 8x10 and 10x13 will fit into a P.O. Box.

Hey I have been collecting for two years now! Yes, LOR is Letter of Request. You fill out your self addressed, stamped envelope, and put it into another envelope with your letter, and or memorabilia for the celebrity to sign.

Congrats! She's great with her fanmail! Sent to her for my Grandpa a couple months back, and she personalized for him!
