Yea, don't go through his website, send him something via the Cubs. It might take a while, but he's a good signer TTM. I think mine took about 2 months. Here is the card I got last season:

Last year, I sent him a baseball card to sign through the cubs address, and got it back signed with no problems. Try the cubs address

sent him an autograph request thorugh his site
1 week later i got a response from a representative saying he has too many requests and he cant sign for anyone.
