This past Wednesday (5/16), I got my custom index card back signed by Jerry Lewis. However, after comparing the autograph on the card to other confirmed authentics online, it appears this is most likely a secretarial signature as it is too "tight" (unlike Mr. Lewis' sloppier signings). The address I used was
Jerry Lewis, c/o Jerry Lewis Films Inc, 2820 West Charleston Boulevard, Suite D33, Las Vegas, NV 89102. The request was sent on April 25, 2012 (21 days total).
