Today, I got my custom index card back signed by Norman Alden, who provided the voice of Sir Kay in
Disney's The Sword in the Stone. The address I used was
Norman Alden, c/o Amsel, Eisenstadt & Frazier Talent Agency, 5055 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 865, Los Angeles, CA 90036. The request was sent on April 7, 2012 (45 days total).
