I believe he sends that with all of them, though some of the older successes had a different one. Most people just don't post the pics. :)

I'm sure it will not hurt sending to him at Catching Fire! I'm pretty positive that they will hold you mail if you want to send to him in the UK. I've had good successes from that address. Best of luck!
