If you're in the US you can probably still order from the usps website. I ordered some last year from them. When I have sent to the UK 2 usually work for an 8x10 photo and 1 for smaller photos. I hope this helps!

I'm from Europe, from Finland and I got IRCs from a post office in my hometown. I used one of those.
