hello, look, im new to this and have absolutely no idea hoe to even get a response, hopefully someone can see this and help me. So on the 22nd of may this year I sent off photos to this address

any way yesterday it came back and I picked it up today, (19/06) however it had been sent back, stating it was "unclaimed" and stamped by a Stockholm post office, so it made it to Sweden just not to Eric. I have no idea what went wrong and why he didn't receive the photos to be autographed. Is there something else that was missing? I paid for return postage leaving international coupons in the sealed package that came back unopened. These weren't for me they were my best friends birthday that is coming up in October. I'm shattered that it came back unclaimed and willing to give it another try, but does anyone know what I can do to guarantee that he will receive my parcel and for it to be returned signed, it will make the ultimate present for my best friend!!!
