Fair enough, but I don't think any other signs are required (though a bit of research would show it). Those dots are as clear as anything, and are the telltale sign. Shame, would be a good one to go with Dubya.

George W Bush's bookplates are still legit, because there are differences in every one :) , but Laura's are AP :(
