I sent a LOR to the address below on 6th June 2012. However someone at the agency just stuck a label with Steve's home address on it and put it in the post without any new postage. I got the whole package returned to me through Royal Mail. I resent it to his home address, faithfully stating the address would not be divulged to anyone else (so please don't ask) on 12th Nov and received today with the pics & note below:
