You can resend them and she might sign them but if she didnt sign them the first time she probbably didnt want to sign them so keep that in mind.

When i got her autograph a few years ago she signed my 3 pics and she even wrote me a signed note and i have seen her sign multiple items most of the time since i got mine back but sometimes she just signs 1 item so i think it depends on how much she likes the letter or how she feels that day. I dont believe she has any reps sorting through her mail shes not that famous to have reps sorting through her mail lol But if you want to believe thas why she only signed 1 item thats your choice haha {up} [ca]
