You're right, it may not make sense, but that's the way of it. If it's a PA handling the mail, your DVD could have been lost, damaged or put in someone else's envelope. It could be anywhere.
:) Thank You so much. I have problems since I've finshed school. You see, I didn;t want to be "overreacting" but i did't know how to write it in the other way.

We were writing about the same. Cover DVD, photos and personalised autographs - like always. I tough about it - it could be dameged. Anyway, I will happy if someone else will recive my dvd cover :)

Bill does still sign items sent in, he's been hit or miss over the years, and goes through phases. Even as a charity collector I have had times when he has signed my items (last time was xmas cards with awesome lyrics added) while in the past I have had artworks, but other times presigned Love Actually photos. It's just luck of the draw. As always, if you don't want to lose an item, don't send it to a celebrity, that's the risk you take and at least you got something back.

My english is bad so I wrote in my language when it's possible and when I see people from my country. I wrote everything what's important in 1 post. Sometimes I even don't understand posts (included yours). We don;t planned therorisme attack so don't panic.
I realise thaht I can lose something but when I got a repons I would love to have back my DVD cover. They send me back so what was the problem to put this cover in the enveloppe. I cant understand this fact.
