Good day all,
I am in agreement that why would someone not share informative inforamtion with eachother if we are all here for the same purpose. Autographs?! In any case, I looked for this PDF file and wasnot able to find this exact spreadsheet. However, I found something that was similar. I have included the links below:

If you have a Peyton Manning rookie card I would not send it to some home address that may or may not be valid with the risk of losing your rookie card. I've gotten success from his Peyback Foundation and just include a donation and it will get done. I sent 20 as it is a worthy cause as well and a no brainer on if its worth it or not.

I just found his home addy. (Didn't find that database tho...) Has he for sure signed TTM from home?

agreed...or just link us to the website where the spreadsheet was. or even upload it in a dropbox somewhere and PM us where to find it.
