What email on his website does one use. i tried to use one of the website ones but with no success.

Completely agree with you on this point! When I wrote a letter to him with my own photograph I got the same response as you did ScottishDan. My photo signed and a nice letter and he used his own envelope instead of my own!!

Yes. The letter and envelopper. I've recived them too :) On Gordon Ramsay Holdings paper :)

I believe if you actually write to him and he isn't filming then obviously, you have a better chance of a personal success. Otherwise a presigned or preprint.

I think he definitely appreciates the effort! Also just as a side note, 90% of the time his signature will say "love" then his signature so that's a good way to check if it is authentic or not. If you look on ebay most of them say "love" on them. 8)
