D.C. United Fan Pack Success!

Sent an email to dcucustomerservice at dcunited.com on January 6, 2013. Received a fan pack back on January 19, 2013 (days waited: 14 days). The fan pack included: a letter, 4 ball cards (3 of them autographed: Lance Rozeboom, Lewis Neal, Robbie Russell, and the one that isn't autographed, the mascot, Talon), a Major League Soccer Bookmark, a stack of DC United post-it notes, a DC United (I don't know what it is) piece of note paper?, and last but not least, a DC United/Verizon Wireless bandana.
