I love when people come on, and the first post they make is "tell me what address you used" without even the word please being involved. The user said they sent the email to their agency, there's a big shiny search button at the top of every page, and it's very easy to use. And yes, this may seem harsh for a reply to a first post, but as I said, you didn't even bother to say please.
