Yes, Richard Griffiths was an amazing actor. He was a bit of an a**hole at times (most times) but there's no denying that he was great. He will be missed.

I can't read Polish, but there's comments on OP's blog page from 2012... so I'm assuming OP received the autograph last year, and decided to post about it today because of his death.

It is last time, when I can write about this success. I wrote a letter to Richard Griffiths few months ago. I was waiting for answer only a week. He sent to me my IRC coupon, so he sent a answer for his money!
