Brendan and Carpenter, unfortunately, only sign at conventions (usually for anywhere between $35 and $50 per sig.). For anyone interested, I just got a response back from Robia LaMorte (Jenny Calender) yesterday, using the address on her website -- the one in the database was RTS. It took nine days to come back.
