Another thing is, I sent about a $50/60 jersey. I'm not going to put an extra $50 cash in there in case somehow he never receives it. That's just me, the risk of the jersey and cash I gave him was enough.

When you send to the Phillies, someone goes through all his mail and sends out pre-signed photos. They are not pre-prints. The best way to get him is to send to his Biltmore Estate address AFTER the season ends. When you send it to his home he can respond personally. He has signed multiple times for me through that address. I have never sent a fee mainly because his foundation is no longer in operation. Good luck
