I'm sorry, but I don't think they're secretarial. They may not match your IPs, because not all IPs are the same. They certainly do match IPs I've seen and other TTM successes from way back...
Plus, this is what one person said:
There's a lot of discusiion on whether these are real or sec, but I think more people are leaning towards them being real. 1) the address is in his home town 2) he posted the address on his twitter, why would he do that if he didnt want fanmail and 3) as far as i can tell there isnt any difference between theses being sent and his IP auto.
