As far as authenticity goes its 100% legit! Ms. Fontaine is 95 and in good health and is still great to her fans, though I hope only true fans would send to someone of that age. She is a personal favorite of mine and her signature is very precise and easy to authenticate. She's one of the last few Hollywood legends.

I presume it does mean an envelope, but the IRC issue is moot now anyway as they're not in use in either the UK or the USA. Your only option is purchasing stamps or including dollars as you're planning :D
