My best guess here is that these last two posts on Tony Romo are true signatures. Often times they will sign hundreds of these pictures at a time, and then whoever is in charge of the mail for him will just open them, return your card (unsigned) and enclose the signed picture. They will do this until they have run dry of them, then just send out apology cards along with your unsigned card. So seems like a success! Nice!
