Really? Us autograph collectors are owed nothing by anyone, regardless whether they're part of the government or not. These people have EXTREMELY busy lives.. so to say "insulted" and a "hand signed photo is in order" is just ridiculous and selfish.
Okay, first off I'm joking! Secondly, unless you're a public servant, you have no clue what the 'Sec' of States schedule is like. You autograph collectors, hilarious! Yes, I think public servants, 'our employees' should respond to our request. They certainly have time for lobbyists with money after all.
Actually, I'm a political science major, pal.. I'm pretty sure it's more important to handle affairs that affect this country rather than autograph requests, especially with the revolution going on in Egypt, a possible terrorist attack looming from al-Qaeda, and you're worried about signing autographs because we pay tax dollars. You're hilarious. A secretary of state isn't a desk job and it's far from it. You travel to a TON of different countries. It's an international job.
