Austin is doing a lot of promo right now. His debut album is going to drop this fall and he will most likely be unable to get to his fan mail for awhile. Your best bet is to get him in person. btw, I just wanna say Congrats to Austin. Hes already traveled the world. He's won a couple of awards including the VMA, he's gone on tour and opened for Taylor Swift, he's now preparing to headline his own tour and he's got a McDonalds commercial. I am sure there is still quite a bit more I missed. And imagine.... He was discovered on YouTube just like Justin Bieber and.... his debut album hasnt even been released yet. #AMAZING #STARPOWER

I sent him an LOR and a photo he preprinted the photo and have me a letter with his pp signature at the bottom. I sent it in May and received it a couple weeks ago. I used the address in the database. Thanks fanmail.biz!!
