I sent a photo to Pele' today from Wisconsin to Brazil, it cost me $4.55. The postal service indicated there were Brazil regulations from including return postage. The Brazilian government wants to generate and keep the revenue in their own country. I included a $10 bill to cover the postage, thinking it was more than enough.
