It's strange,
I have noticed that index cards he still signs,
Maybe it's that?

I got a RTS too with a stamp directing me to his website, where he charges $30-40 to send you a signed pic.

However as you pointed out, he still signs some.

I sent Adam West a letter on 8/20/13 and a month later I got this return to sender. I checked on here and noticed that although some people were getting refused letters by Mr. West that he was still signing for others. So I mailed him again and today I got another Ref. letter. :cry: Oh well...http://s257.photobucket.com/user/stamer ... &o=11maybe again in the future...
