Try to find his home address and explain how dissapointed you are. He might respond. Home addresses work for me most of the time.

With Mr. Caine its just worth to keep trying. This year he has sent out a fair few authentics in addition to his standard stamp or sec reply. I got one this year after a few tries!

His TTM has always been secretarial or stamped, mostly stamped. Sorry. Best bet is in-person. I don't know if he does plays or anything but if he does you could try him VV but some secretary's sign or use stamps VV as well like Matthew Broderick for example or the mail gets forwarded to a fan mail service that does it for them.
