I also sent an e-mail last year in June, I even got a reply from his Foundation saying that they were going to send me a signed photo within 2-4 weeks, and never received anything. Enjoy this one! :D
You don't have to send another request... You just reply a week or two after you should've received it and say:

"I'm sorry, but I never received it, and I'm really looking forward to it! Any chance you can please send another one out? Thank you so much and I'm really sorry about the inconvenience! I really appreciate this!"

Things get lost in the mail all the time or they get so busy that it doesn't make it into the mail and it just ends up sitting on a desk somewhere. That happens a lot with email/phone requests.
Hey there, thanks! In fact that's why I did, just that I also included a copy of the original e-mails, the one I sent and the reply I got so that they can have a proof of it. {up}
Just wanted to make sure. It gets really confusing if you send multiple requests, and, believe it or not, it's a good way to end up with more signatures than you expected.

I once ended up with 3 from one person from that. Bryan Cranston sent me 2 back when he signed authentically. Same reason. On the plus side, at least the 2 Bryan Cranstons were different pictures! :lol:

I've also requested an autographed photo through the Gary Sinise Foundation website. Although, a few days ago, I received an e-mail from them saying that I need to send Gary a photo for him to sign. Is that what you had to do?
