I don't think I said anything about them being "Required" to sign anything. Believe me, I know. Here is what I mean and please don't twist my words.: I think they should give Hall and Oates all their mail and then HALL and OATES decide what mail they wanna sign. Their "people" shouldn't write "RTS" on our mail.
Maybe it was Hall, or maybe Oates that wrote RTS.
Again, quit proclaiming that you know all. You were not there, and don't know what did or didn't happen.
