Relax it's already done. Thanks for the help, but do you really think she's still with that agency? I know it says so that she is on their website, but it seems to me like she isn't. And I find it odd that they put her private address there, isn't that information they should keep to themselves?
I'm not sure you're understanding what's happened here. CVGG have received the letter and forwarded it to her home address (or designated contact address) by amending the address on the envelope. For some reason it has not reached that address, be it because it wasn't collected, or there has been a problem with delivery. They're not handing out that address to you, as the agency would have expected it to be delivered. If they don't re-address the envelope, how do you think it gets forwarded onwards?
As for still being with CVGG, yes she is. Not just because she's listed on their website, but the very fact that you sent it to CVGG and THEY forwarded it, means that is still how to contact her.
