All good, just wanted to make sure you knew what had happened. Some celebs will collect mail from their agent's office, but the majority will have it forwarded to them as the quickest and most cost effective way to send it on.

I got the part where they tried to forward it to her and it never reached her that was my conclusion as well. I have however never heard that the agency send the letters forward to the person in question, so I thought they tried to send it to her home address because she was no longer with the agency. That's it.
