Anyone new to the arena of auto collecting should, mostly, appreciate those who pass on their wisdom regarding authenticity. There are, however, one or two here that seem to get a perverse kick out of the fake claims...made worse when the poster making the claim just does not have a clue (as in the poster who exclaimed my Maggie Smith to be a sec!). Even though I have been collecting since the late 1970s (beginning with the wonderful cast of Blake's 7), I am not too proud to hold my hands up and agree if there are solid grounds as to one of my auto's authenticity (such as my NASA ones and Andy Garcia). A little common sense and listening to the more sage (as in not clueless or rude) goes a long way with this hobby.
