Here are a few tips for you about framing:

* For authentic and/or valuable autographs: don't let the photos touch the glass.
* Matte the photo as well (that tool doesn't let he photo touch the glass)
* Keep away from the sun light because the sun WILL fade the photo.

I do have a Mitt Romney but it's on a big poster and he didn't win anyway!
I never have figured out an ideal way to preserve posters, personally.

Everyone says framing is the best, but I still don't trust it.

Then again, I don't trust my binders much either.

I only frame my fake ones--I secure the real ones in a binder. I don't trust frames to keep the signatures archived.

Plus, hey, if you know nothing of autographs and you see a signed picture of a president hanging on someone's wall with their name inscribed on it, you'd be impressed! It's the same reason why the eBay PP business does so well--they look impressive. And you don't have to worry about UV exposure, acidity, temperature or anything else, because they're fake anyway.

Although, once a president dies, the AP signatures become more valuable due to scarcity and the fact that they can sign legal contracts, as they can't run that AP matrix anymore. PPs are never worth anything as you can reproduce them into oblivion.
I don't frame anything as weird as that sounds. I keep everything in a binder. I don't even go after APs and if I happen to get one, in the trash it goes. 8)
I have a few in frames, but they're more sentimental than anything. I can't bring myself to throw any of 'em away, which is sad, as it's space I can devote to other things, but I also don't put 'em in the binder either anymore (unless they're really really cool)

And yes, I know it's an auto pen...
You might know, but you didn't post it. Instead you posted everything someone would post if it was authentic.

Authenticity discussions on Feedback aren't for or about the OP. They're about preventing collectors who the post from wasting time, stamps, and money writing to someone based off an inaccurate Feedback that dubs facsimiles authentic. And yes, reporting it as an "autographed photo" without saying "AP" is dubbing it authentic.
