Do you have to send stamps? Would it not be fine to simply cover the postage with dollars like I usually do?

Hmmm....not really sure. Might you have a connection in the USA that would be willing to send you the stamps you need? You could PayPal someone you trust over here and they could post you what you need. If you go to USPS.com, you can play around with the postage calculator and calculate the cost.

Then again, maybe someone with more experience at this would have a better suggestion! Good luck!
