I could be wrong, but perhaps the return postage only covered the weight of one photo?
Additionally, if you sent another photo from that photoshoot, perhaps she found it too risque to sign?

I agree she is so good to her fans I sent to her VV here in canada a few years ago and after filming had ended I just thought it was another unanswered or lost request and then a few months later I got back my photos signed from England and she paid the postage even...She is a classy lady and a great actress as well who really is so good to her fans... {up} [ca]
