Yeah, those are common, especially during his presidency. Those type of pictures (with the printed signatures, too) would be sent to donors.

Is there any way to tell if this is Authentic or Autopen? The reason I ask is of course obvious, but I purchased an "authentic" Al Gore 8x10 and after just a few minutes of research on the net it was plain to see that it was AP. Thank you for your help!
